PAYMENT

Payment of the registration fee is possible by credit-card online or by bank transfer. You can access the registration form for the payment method of your choice from the registration page which will be available from November 27, 2024.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

By registering, you agree with the cancellation policy. A request for cancellation of the registration should be made to the Secretariat via email at icce2025@congrexpo.co.rs before April 4, 2025, 23:59 CEST. Refunds will be issued after the Congress. After that date, a refund of registration fees is not available. Bank charges will be deducted from the refund. Refunds will be paid in Euros. ICCE 2025 Organisers will not be responsible for any losses incurred by attendees, including (but not limited to) airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
In case of cancellation of participation, registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of 50 € per person.
